A Cozy New York-Themed Christmas Party
When a company approached us looking for a warm and memorable Christmas party for their staff, they had a modest budget but big dreams. We brought the magic of New York City to life with a unique and cozy twist.
The event took place in a charming bookstore. The guests enjoyed delicious hot dogs from an authentic New York-style cart and themed hot and cold drinks. To keep the holiday cheer alive, we organized fun, movie-inspired activities.
This event proved that you don’t need a huge budget to deliver a remarkable experience. It’s all about creativity, thoughtful details and a hint of Christmas magic!
Seamless Corporate Event in Dubai
A Finnish company sought to bring together their partners from the EMEA region in the dazzling city of Dubai.
Over the course of two days the event included a high-impact conference and two unforgettable evening functions in Dubai’s most amazing venues. The guest enjoyed a yacht cruise and two high-end dinner venues with high-quality catering and views.
We provided the local planning and supplier negotiations as well of on-site management, ensuring that the event was executed according the Nordic standards.
Huawei FIN2SEC Signing Ceremony
Huawei launched a Digital Finance and Security Innovation Lab (Fin²Sec) to it’s stakeholders, partners and press in a full day inauguration event. To deliver a successful event they needed expertise in high level international events.
The event consisted a seminar with international speakers, the signing ceremony, visit to the innovation lab and a festive dinner. The international audience included high level executives from all over the world.

Energy Vision Conference
To mark Aidon’s 20th anniversary, we supported them to create the Energy Vision Conference, an international seminar followed by an unforgettable celebration dinner. Our role encompassed every detail of the event, from sourcing the most prestigious venues in Helsinki to providing project lead, visual concept creation, technical event support, and on-site management.
Guests were treated to an inspiring day of high-quality presentations in a Nordic style seminar setting, followed by an elegant dinner in one of Helsinki’s finest venues. The combination of expert event content and sophisticated evening program captured perfectly Aidon’s legacy and forward-looking vision.
Expo2020 Dubai
Black Donuts Engineering partnered with Finland Pavilion in EXPO2020. They wanted to create an unforgettable experience for clients and stakeholders attending their events, but did not have the local insights or connections in Dubai.
Avec Heli events provided the hospitality production such as planning of the program, sourcing the best options for accommodation, catering, dinners and experiences, and supported the execution of the program onsite.
The guests experienced the best parts of EXPO2020 and Dubai!
Disney+ Day
Disney was celebrating Disney+ Day with an exclusive offer to attract new subscribers in all Nordic countries.
They needed an event production company to find a place with biggest footfall of potential clients and to execute the promotion according their guidelines.
Avec Heli Events was responsible of the full production; the venue, contractors, logistics, staffing, project management and client relations.
The promotion attracted new clients and offered activation to new subscribers.
Company Christmas Party
Client company wanted to have relaxed and fun Christmas Party using their own office space.
Avec Heli Events turned the office space into Winter Wonderland and provided the party crew some fun activities, top level custom drinks bar and seasonal catering.
The employees had fun and relaxing evening before going on holidays!
Disney+ Turning Red influencer event
Disney+ launched the movie Turning Red and wanted to promote in social media with local influencers.
The influencers with kids were offered an exclusive hotel staycation that included Turning Red branded experience full of surprises and Disney magic!
Avec Heli Events was responsible of the execution of the event including venue sourcing, supplier, activations, branding elements, project management and onsite staffing.

What would be better way to celebrate the end of the year in the middle of the cold winter than a Premium style After Ski party!
A company in the gaming industry wanted to offer a cosy and fun evening for their staff in high-quality surroundings.
The party was arranged in a premium villa with top-notch catering, sauna and pool and fun, themed activity for the employees to celebrate the start of the holiday season together.
A customised Murder Mystery activity took the participants in a nice getaway from the normal work!
